workout.This is unlike in traditional liposuction where a patient feels as if they were run over by a truck. After the treatment, you will have some bruising and / or swelling. We recommend two days of rest following the procedure. You will wear a compression garment for two to three weeks depending on the area that was treated. You can begin exercising two weeks post procedure.
